He just says Start Massage and the chair does its thing. Delivery was super smooth too, they set everything up in the living room and took all the trash with them. Strong, durable, and looks great. I’ve owned a few gazebos over the years, but this one is by far the best. Even during strong winds, it stays firm. I left it up all winter and it still looks brand new. My neighbour already asked me where I bought it. Excellent purchase!
