William was very knowledgeable and had informative answers to all our questions. We chose the 12 x 10 model which was on display at the store. Delivery was prompt and complete setup time took only 3 1/2 hours. Installers were friendly, efficient and cleaned up all related debris.
We had tried to do our homework beforehand in regards to quality and price and William’s Outdoor Furniture was the clear winner……besides the fact we were supporting a independent local merchant as opposed to online or big box retailers. In summation we were more than pleased with the entire buying experience.
As someone who lifts heavy and runs marathons, my legs are always stiff. The Full Body compression on this chair is the best I’ve experienced. It grips your shoulders and calves while the 5D rollers work on your spine. I’ve noticed I’m much less sore the next morning if I spend 15 minutes in this chair before bed. The build quality is premium.
Got this for my dad’s 70th birthday. He’s not tech-savvy at all, so I was worried about the controls. But the AI Voice Control is a game changer! He just says Start Massage and the chair does its thing. Delivery was super smooth too, they set everything up in the living room and took all the trash with them. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spoil their parents
Most chairs I've tried feel generic, but the A153 is incredibly SMART. I’m 6'1” and my wife is 5'2”, and the automatic body scanning adjusts the rollers perfectly for both of us. The 5D movement is so fluid. It doesn't just go up and down. It pushes 'in' to the muscles with variable speed that feels remarkably human. Strong, durable, and looks great. I’ve owned a few gazebos over the years, but this one is by far the best. Even during strong winds, it stays firm. I left it up all winter and it still looks brand new. My neighbour already asked me where I bought it. Excellent purchase!
