Return Policy

Williams Furniture (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to fair and transparent business practices.
Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Williams Furniture.

Due to the nature of our products—including furniture and massage chairs—returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions related to use, hygiene, installation, depreciation, and loss of resale value.


2. Used, Installed, or Assembled Items

Once a product has been used, installed, assembled, or operated, it is considered a used item and is not eligible for return or full refund.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Comfort preference

  • Personal taste or expectation

  • Product size or fit after delivery

  • Normal wear or use

This applies in particular to massage chairs, which are personal-use products and cannot be resold as new once used.


3. Partial Refunds (Goodwill Only)

In exceptional circumstances, Williams Furniture may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a partial refund for a used item as a gesture of goodwill.

Any partial refund, if approved, will take into account:

  • Length of time the product was used

  • Overall condition and wear

  • Hygiene considerations

  • Loss of resale value

  • Original delivery, installation, and handling costs

  • Administrative and restocking costs

Partial refunds are not guaranteed, do not constitute an admission of fault, and must be approved in writing by Williams Furniture.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used, installed, or assembled furniture or massage chairs

  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products

  • Clearance items and final sale items

  • Gift cards


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Williams Furniture within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Clear photos and/or videos

  • A written description of the issue

Upon verification, Williams Furniture may, at its discretion, offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

Failure to report damage or defects within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being denied.


6. Delivery, Installation, and Shipping Fees

  • Delivery, installation, and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Williams Furniture directly to resolve any concerns.
Initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute without first contacting us may result in the forfeiture of any goodwill resolution that could otherwise have been offered.


8. Policy Updates

Williams Furniture reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.


9. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase with Williams Furniture, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
